BASES PARA EL CONCURSO DE DISEÑO DE LOGOTIPO PARA LA AITU
La Asociación de Inspectores de Trabajo DEL Uruguay (AITU) convoca a asociados
y familiares directos (padres, hijos, hermanos y conyuges) a participar del concurso de
diseño de un logotipo destinado a ser la imagen representativa de la AITU.
Este concurso se regirá por las siguientes BASES:
1- OBJETIVO: Diseño de un logotipo destinado a ser la imagen
representativa de la AITU, en toda la difusión de
información a través de documentos oficiales, prensa, páginas web, etc.
2- PARTICIPANTES: El concurso está abierto a todas aquellas personas
que deseen participar. Cada concursante podrá presentar un máximo de dos
diseños, en forma individual.
3- MATERIAL A ENTREGAR: Cada diseño deberá ser original e
inédito y presentarse de la siguiente forma:
En papel: logotipo aislado versión color y logotipo en blanco y negro
y con cada versión impresa con resolución de 600 dpi (puntos por pulgada)
o superior, y cada versión en tres tamaños correspondientes a las siguiente
dimensiones máximas: 2×2, 4×4 y 8×8 centímetros (sin que esto implique que el
aspecto del logotipo deba ser cuadrado).
4- IDENTIFICACION DE TRABAJOS: El trabajo se entregará en un sobre DIN-A4
blanco etiquetado CONCURSO LOGOTIPO AITU y con un lema (o seudónimo)
escrito por fuera y dentro de dicho sobre se incluirá también un sobre
cerrado (más pequeño) con los datos personales (nombre completo y teléfono)
del concursante y su lema (o seudónimo) escrito también fuera de este sobre.-
5- ENTREGA DE PROYECTOS: Hasta el viernes 14 de mayo a la hora 16 en el
Ministerio de Trabajo,Juncal 1511, Oficina 114,en una urna que a tales
efectoS se encuentra alli instalada.
6- JURADO Y VEREDICTO: El jurado estará integrado por la totalidad de los
integrantes de la AITU,reunidos en Asamblea General extraordinaria el
día miércoles 19 de mayo. Resultará ganador el trabajo más votado por mayoría
simple de presentes. En caso de existir empate, se votará nuevamente entre los
trabajos empatados, resultando ganador aquel con mayor cantidad de votos.
7- RECONOCIMIENTO ÚNICO: Consistirá en una acreditación escrita de la
Comisión Directiva de la AITU y un TABLE PC. Dichos reconocimientos serán
entregados el día 31 de mayo en oportunidad de conmemorarse los 25 años
de la AITU.-
8- PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL: Las condiciones efectivas del primer
premio quedarán supeditadas a la renuncia expresa, por parte de su autor/a,
al ejercicio de cualquier derecho de propiedad intelectual, autoría,
reproducción o de los logotipos o de cualquiera de sus componentes
gráficos o tipográficos a favor de la AITU, la cual quedará en
completa libertad para utilizarlos total o parcialmente o para desarrollar las
ideas contenidas en ellos con el fin de definir su propia imagen
institucional o con cualquier otro. La recepción del premio otorgado al
ganador se considerará contraprestación de la cesión de los derechos
citados, la cual se formalizará suscribiendo el documento que
AITU preparará a tal efecto, y en el que el concursante declarará
también que se trata de una creación original propia, siendo responsabilidad
exclusivamente suya la falsedad en dicha declaración.
9- DEVOLUCIÓN DE LOS TRABAJOS NO PREMIADOS: Se podrán
recoger en los 30 días siguientes de publicado el fallo o de la terminación
de la exposición de trabajos mencionados anteriormente.-
10- ACEPTACION DE LAS BASES: La participación en el concurso
lleva implícita la aceptación de todas estas bases y el fallo del jurado.-
